In th~ event the first mortgage payments become delinquent or in
arrears the second mortgagees may at their option make payment for

of the Public Records of St. Lucie County, Flnrida; with the
improvements thereon and all fixtures and equipment contained therein,
replacements thereof and additions thereto.
THIS IS A SECOND MORTGAGB.
In the event the first mortgage payments become delinquent or in ~
arrears the second mortgagees may at their option make payment for

or thereafter deelare this mortgage and the indebtedness secured
hereby due and payable. ' .
These mortgages are personal to the mortgagors and as part of the
- consideration thereof, the nArties have negotiated and agreed that
in the event the aforesaid mortgaged premises are sold, conveyed,
or otherwise transferred, or encumbered by a lease with purchase
provisions by option or otherwise, including but not limited to an
"Agreement for Deed"9 this mortgage and the indebtedness secuTed
thereby shall become due and payable immediately, including principal, ~
interest and any penalties due under this note. ~ ~

Payments not received by tfie mortgagees by the 25th day of the month ~
" in which payment is due shall bear a late charge of 5$ of the monthly ~
