tZEI,8A3SS, QUITCL~IIMS AND CONVEYS TO JOHN W. ELLIOTT, as Trustee

in consideration of One Dollar and other good and valuable consider-
~ ation, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, the following
. described real estate in St. Lucie County, in the State of Florida,
. to-wit:

Subdivision, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded
in Plat Book 14, Page IO of the Public Records of
St. Lucie County, Florida.
The above designated trustee is specifically authorized and empowered
to sell, mortgage or lease the real estate above described in whole
or in part, publicly or privately, for cash or on time, without any
order of Court, upon sueh terms and conditions and at such price or
prices as to the trustee shall seem best and no purchaser,
mortgagee or lessee shall have any liability to see to the application
of the purchase, mortgage or rent money. The settlor and
beneficiaries of said trust shall Iook solely to the trustee for
an accounting thereof.
