Comes Now the Board of Commissioners of the St. Lucie County
Moaquito Control District as successor in interest to the St.
Lucie County Sanitary District and hereby relinquishes ~and
releases all of its rights, title and interest contained in the ~
following described documents:

1. Permit dated March 6, 1939, by and between the Trustees
of the Internal Improvement Fund of the State of Florida
and the St. Lucie County Sanitary District as recorded
-in Deed Book 94 at page 93 in the Public Recor~is of St.
Lucie County, Floricia.
2. Quit Claim Deed dated May 2, 1939, by and between R. G.
Johnson Sr. and Maggie A. Johnson, his wife, and the St.
Lucie County Sanitary District as recorded in Deed Book
~ 82 at page 246 in the Public Records of St. Lucie
County, P'lorida. ~
3. Agreement to Enter Upon Lan~l~for Mosquito Control Work
aa~ea January 6, 2956~ by and between G. H. Raindille
and the St. Lucie County Sanitary District as recorded
in Deed Book 209 at page 509 in the Public Recorcls of ;
