Renewal and mortgage modification agreement effective November 12, 1986, in the
amount of ~20,00.00,_ payable by May 11, 1987, filed CR BK 0523 Page 0653, St.
Lucie County, Florida. . -
2. Thc3 unpaid princ+pa! balance of the Note is S 20, 000. 00 , free ot detenses, setoffs, or counter-
claims. Mortgagor wishes Io pay the Note by executing a renewal note dated -~Y 11 • , 19-$Z-., in the
original principal amount ot a 20, 000.00 , payable August 10, 1987 ("Renewal
Note"), the Ierms ot which are by this reference incotporeted he~ein, and which shall contir?ue to be secured by the
Mortgage_
3. Mortgagor and Mortgagee agree that the Mortgage is he~eby modif~ed to descri~ie the Renewal Nole as the obligation
secured thereby.
4. Notwithstanding anything Io ihe cantrary herein a in Ihe Renewal Note or Mortgage, the lien and operation of the
Mortgage shall continue in full lorce and eHect except as modilied by this agreement.
5. The Mortgagor covenants and agrees to pe?fam, canpy with, and abide by each and every one of the provisions ot
the Renewat Note and Mortgage, as madified hereby.
6. This agreement shall be binding upan and inure to the benefd of tfie heirs, legal represe~tatives and assigns of the
Mortgagor and to the successors and assigns ot the Mortgagee.
