THIS SPECIAL WARRANTY DEED, Made and executed the day of May ~
19 87 by HARBOR FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION, farmerly First Federal
Savings and Loan Association of Fort Pierce, a corparation organized and
existing under the laws of the United States af America, and having its principal ~
place of business at 100 South Second Street, Fort Pierce, Florida 33450,
hereinafter called the Grantor, to
GERALDINE C. NAPPA, a single adult

WITNESSETH; That the Grantor, for and in consideration of the sum of
$10.00 and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, _
hereby grants, bargains, sells, aliens, remises, releases, conveys and contirms
unto the Grantee all that certain land situate in St.Lucie

grantor and that grantor will warrant and defend the same against the lawful
claims and demands of all persons claiming by, through or under grantor, but
