20. Lender in Possesslon. Upon acce~eration under paragraph 19 or abandonment ot the Property, Lender (by
judicially appointed receiver) shall be entitled to enter upon, t6~ke poasession of and manage the Property and to
- collect the rents of the Praperty including thoae pa9t due. Any rents coliected by Lender or the receiver shall be
applied first to payment of the costs of management of the Property and collection of rents,includi~g, but not Iimited
to, receiver's tees. premiums on receiver's bonds and reasonable attorney8' fees, and then to the auma secured by this
Security Instrument.
21. Release. Upon payment of all sums secured by thts Security instrument, Lender shali ~elease this Securlty
Instrument without cha~ge to Borrower. Borrower shall pay any recordation costs.
22. Attorneys' Feas. As used in this Security Instrument and the Note, "ettorneys' fees" shell include any
attorneys' fees a~ntarded by an appellate court. . ~
