incorporated by Letters Patent dated the
fourth day of November ~ A. D. 19 '
INCREASS the authorized capital of the Companys
(1) by creating an additional Four Hundred and
Seventyvfive Thousand (475~000) preference shares
without par value ranking on a parit with the
existing Twenty-f~ve Thousand (25~OOOi preference
shares of the Company; and
, (2) by creating an additional Four Hundred and
; ~ Eighty-five Thousand (485~000) common shares with
? a par value of Five dollars ($5) eachi ranking on
~ a parity with the existing Fifteen Thousaad (15~000)
' ~ common shares of the Compar~y; provided that the Five
~ Huridred Thousand (500~000) preference shares shall
; not be issusd for a consideration exceading in amount .
~ or value the sum of Five Hundred Thousand dollars
R • ($50~ 000) or such greater amount as the board of
direc~ors of the Cowpany may deem exp~dient on payr~ert
~ to the Treasurer of Ontario of the fees paqable on
such greater amount and on the issuance by"the Provixscial
