I, NORMA S. EARNEST, of the County and State aforesaid, after
first being duly sworn, depose and say ~s follows:
I am the niece of Esther M. Morrill, the individual named as a
grantee in a warranty deed from Florence Marie White, recorded in the .
Public Records of St.Lucie County, Florida in Official Records Book
~ 208, Page 471.
Said deed covers real property located in St.Lucie Coun~y,
Florida, and is Lot 10, Block C, WEST END ADDITION, a subdivision
according to the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 2~ Page 5, of the
Public Records of St.Lucie County, Florida.
That on May 11, 1987, the said Esther M. Morrill executed a
warranty deed as Mrs C. Morrill and Esther M. Morrill to the Westside
eaptist Church of Fort Pierce, Florida wherein she was named in the
grantor pt~rtion of. said deed as Esther Mae Morrill. Said deed having
been recorded in the Public Records of St.Lucie County, Florida in
Official-Records Book 542, Page 2557. .
I know of my own personal know2edge that the Esther Mae Morrill
named as grantor in the deed recorded in Official Records Book 542,
page 2557, and.Mrs. C. Morrfll, and Esther M. Morrill, the individual
who signed the deed, are one and the same person.
