- WBBRSaB, the Hoard of County Commiesionars of St. Lucfe
County, Fiorida, has made the foliowing determinations:
1. A 18,9~0 square foot retaii end office pro~ect has been
proposed for location on South U.S. Highwey 1, South of Port St.
Lucie Bouleverd, which gro~ect is to be known as Friedes
Commerciai and Office Complex. _
2. The Site Plan Technicai Review Committee has reviewed
the site plan for the proposed pro~ect and hes found it to meet
all technical requiremente, and to be consistent with both the
existing zoning and with the future land use maps from the St.
Lucie County Growth Management Policy Pian.
3. The developer hae provided a tranaportation impact
report for the proposed pro~ect.
4. The proposed pro~ect ie coneistent with the general
! purpose, gosls, ob,~ectiveg, and standerde of St. Lucie County
I
j Zoning Ordinance, the S4. Lucie County Growth Management Policy
Pian, and the Code of Ordinancee of St. Lucie County.
5. The proposed pro~ect wiil not have an undue adverse
effect on ad~acent property, the character of the n~ighborhood,
traffic conditione, perk~ng, uttiity facilities, or other matters
affecting the pubiic health, safety, and general welfare.
6. Al1 reesonable eteps ~ave been taken to minimize any
adverae effect of the groposeci pro~ect on the inunediate vicinity
through bulYding design, site desigr?, lendsceping, and screening. ~
