COUNTY, FLORIDR.
W~ISREAS, the Hoard of County Commissioners of St. Lucie
County, Fiorida, hes made the following determinatione:
1. On September 2, 1986, the Board of County Commiasioners
adopted Resolution No. 86-1?2 wbich adopted the Loss Prevention
and Safety Manual for St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. Certain amendments to the Lose Psevention and Safety
Manual will clarify and improv~ such manual, while continuing to
provide the minimum safety requirementa and functional.
~esponsibilities necessary to meet desired eafety st~aaras and
requirements outiined in federal, state and local safety
regulations, and are in the hest interest of the health, safety
and weifare of St. Lucie Gounty employeee and the pubiic.
NOW, THBREFORS, BE IT RSSOLVED by the Hoard of County
Commissioners og St. Lucf.e Cownty, P'lorida: •
A. The Loas Prevention and Sefety Manual is hereby amended
to incorporate the chenges a~tacheei to this resolution and
incorporated herein.. -
B. This resolution sha22 be effective on the date of its
adoption.
C. 8xcept as amended herein Reeolution No. 86-172 shall
, remain in fuil force and effect.
