WHSRSAS, the Board of County Commiaeioners of St. Lucie
County, Fiorida, has made the foilowing determinatiQns:
, 1. A 9,800 equare foot addition to an exieting electrical
auppiy buiiding has been propoaed for location at 3451 Oleander
Avenue, which gro~ect is to be known as Graybar Slectric.
2. The Site Plan Technical Review Committee has reviewed
the site plan for the proposed pro~ect and has found it to meet
all technicai requirements, and to be consistent with both the :
existing zoning and with the future iand use mepe from the St.
Lucie County Growth Manaqement Policy Plan.
3. The proposed pro~ect doeB not require the preparation
of a transportation impact report.
4. The proposed pro~ect ie conaistent with the genezal
purpose, goals, ob~ectivea, and standards of St. Lucie County
Zoning Ordinance, the St. Lucie County Growth Management Policy
. Plan, and the Code of Ordinances of St. Lucie County.
5. The proposed pro~ect will not have an undue adverse
effect on ad~ecent property, the character of the neighborhood,
traffic conditions,.parking, utility faciliti~8, or other matters
' affecting the pubiic heeitri, eafety, end.general welfare.
