7. The propo~ed pro~eat~will be constructed, arranged, and
operated so as not to interfere with the development and u$e of
neighboring property, in accordence with eppiiaabie diatrict

8. The proposed pra~ect wiil be served by adequate public
facilities and services.
. 9. The applicent has obtained from the St. Lucie County -
' Fort Pierce Fire Prevention Hureau written confirmation that
water supply, ~vacuation facilities, and emergency accees are
satisfactory to provide adequate fire protection.
10. The proposed pro~ect complies with aii additional
~ standards imposed on it by the particular provisions of the St.
f'~~ Lucie County Zoning Ordinance authorizing such use and any other
requirement of the Code of Ordinancee of St. Lucie County.

Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida:

Zoning Ordinance, the site plan for the proposed pro~ect to be
known as Graybar Electric be, and the same is hereby, approved es
shown on the site pian drawings for the pro~ect prepared by
Culpepper and Terpening deted May 22, Z987, and date stamped
received by the St. Lucie County Community Developm~nt Director
on June 3, 1987.
