' 830486 ~ RESOLt1TI0N NO. 87-108 A RESOLUTION aR1lrlTlt~T~3 SITB ~PLAN PIPPROYIlL FOR 11 PROJECT KNOWN !!S THS QXTR~U CLOSST WHSRS~S, the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie County, Florida, has made the foilowing determinetiona: 1, A 37,380 square foot mini-warehouae (for the storage of houaehold goods) pro~ect has been proposed for location at 7710 South U.S. 1, which pro~ect ie to be known as The Extra Cloaet. 2. The Site Plan Technical Review Comm3.ttee hes reviewed the site plan for the proposed pro~~ct and has found ,it to meet aii technical requirements, and to be consistent with both the existing zoning and with the future land uee ma~e from the St. ' Lucie County Growth Menagement Policy Plan,~ sub~ect to the conditions set forth in Section A of this resolution. . 3. The proposed pro~ect does not require the preparation of a transportation impact report. ~ 4. The proposed pro~ect is consis~ent with th~ general purpose, goals, ob~ectivea, and stenderde of St. Luoie County ' Zoninq Ordinance, the St. Lucie County Growth Management Poiicy Pian, and the Code af Ordinances of St. Lucie County. 5. TY~e proposed pro~ect will not heve an undue adverse effect on ad~acent property, the character of the neighborhood,. traffic conditions, parking, utility facilities, or other matters affecting the pubiic heeith, safety, end general weifare. _ 6.
