• 7. The proposed pro~ect will be constructed, arranqed, and
operated so es not to interfere with the development and use of
neighboring property, in eccordance with applicabie ~district
regulations.
8. The proposed pro~ect wili be served by adequate pub2ic
facilities and services.
9. The applicant has obtained from the St. Lucie County -
Fort Pierce Fire Prevention Hureau wsitten confirmation that
water supply, evacuation facilities, and emergency access are
satisfactory to provide adequate tire protection.
