WHSRSAS, the Sos?rd of County Cammissioners of St. Lucie
County, Fiorida, has made the follawing determinations: ~
1. A mini-warehouse pro~ect has been propo8ed for location
on U.S. 1, approximately 960 feet North af Ulrich Road, which
pro~eat is to be known as Booth Mini-Warehouses.
2. The Site Pian Technical Review Committee has reviewed
the site plan for the proposed pro~ect..and has found it to meet
ail technicsl requirements, and to be consistent with both the
existing zoning and with the future land use maps from the St.
Lucie County Growth Management Policy Plen.
3. The proposed pro~ect doee not require the preparation
of a tranaportation impact report.
4. The p=oposed pro~ect is aonsistent with the generai
purpose, goals, ob~ectivee, and stendarde of St. Y,ucie County
Zoning Ordinance, the St. Lucie County Growth Management Policy
Plan, and the Code of OrdinanceB of St. Lucie County.
5. The proposed pro~ect wili not have an undue adverse
effect on ad~acent property, the oharacter of the neighborhood,
traffic conditiona, parking, uti2ity facilities, or o~her matters '
~ affec~ing the public health, safety, and generaZ welfare.
6. Ali reasonabie steps have been teken to minimize ariy
adverse effect of the proposed pro~ect on the icnmediate vicinity
through building desiqn, site deBign, landacaping, and screening.
