MICHAUD, Wife, . ~ and : ROGER MiCHAUD, Husband. ; AMENDED FINAL JUDGMENT DISSOLUTIONOFM~IRRIAGE This cause coming before the Court on issues reserved at the final hearing ~ held and entered June 11, 1987, and the petitioner, BERNICE B. MICHAUD, having appeared with counsel and it appearing that the respondent, ROGER MICHAUD, notwithstanding waiver of notic.e, had due notice to appear, and the Court being fully advised therein, thereupon, it is hereby ORDERED and AD~UDGED: 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE: The marriage between BERNICE B. MICHAUD and ROGER MIC!-{AUD be and the same is heceby dissolved, and the ; S parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony ~ heretofore existing between them and from the obligations a~ising therefrom. ~ 2. PROPERTY: Paragraph 2 is amended as follows: ~ (a) That the Court finds the special equities in favor of the petitioner ~ , ~ outweigh the respondent s equity in one TCFT 66 model vessel with length 21.6 feet, ~ Hul! ID~~ W40957, FL~/ 5216AB together with float-on trailer with tag ~~T41556 in which ~ the Wife has an initial investment of $850.00 to abtain the vessel, $75Q.00 and $2,$00.00 for wiring and repairs to the vessel, and $1,393.00 investment in the trailer, for all of which the Court awards to BERNICE B. BREACH, as her special equity, the said vessel ar~d float-on trailer and hereby vests the title to the same in BERNICE E3. BREACH under Florida Statute 61.08(f). (b) The Court finds that one I986 Chevrolet van ID~d 1GCEG25H3G7187277 is titled in joint names and the Wife having a$3,500.00 special equity of investment in the said vehicle and that the lien against the vehicle for unpaid purchase money exceeds the value of the vehicle, thereupon the Court awards said vehicle to BERNICE B. BREACH, vesting in her the title thereto under F.S. 61.08(f) (c) The Court finds the parties own jointly certain Mexican Imports and directs that BERNICE B.
