vest in BERNICE B. BREACH.
3. RESTORATION OF NAME: BERNICE B. MICHAUD be and she is
hereby authorized io assume her former name of BERNICE B. BREACH and to use
the same in all respects as if said marriage had not intervened.
4. RESTRAINING ORDER: That ROGER MICHAUD is hereby enjoined
and restrained from any acts of violence, harassment or embarrassment as regards
BERNICE B. BREACH and is specifically enjoined from going into, on or about the
premises at 2501 St. Lucie Boulevard, Ft. Pierce, Florida, except b}~ appointment and/or
agreement and consent.
5. JURISDICTION: Jurisdiction of this cause and the parties hereto
is retained for the entry of such further orders as may be proper as to enforcement
of the division of personal property hereinabove provided. .
DONE and ORDERED in Chambers at Ft. Pierce, St. Lucie County, Florida,
