JUDGMENT AND ORDER
THIS CAUSE having come on to be heard by.this Court on the
8th day of June, 1987, upon the Motion To Dismiss Or To Transfer
Jurisdiction filed herein by the Respondent, KATHLEEN GLENN,
n/k/a KATHLEEN ANSTETH, and the Court, having reviewed the
Affidavit of the Respondent dated May 28, 1987, and the pleadings
;
; previous_ly filed herein, having given full consideration to all
~ the evidence and the arguments present~d, and otherwise being
fully advised in the premises, finds_and determines as follows:
~
~ that with respect to the issue of paternity of the minor child,
. RYAN GLENN MOUZOON, the parties have admitted or acknowledged
i
that Petitioner, BAHRAM MOUZOON, is the father of said child; and
that the remaining issues in this cause are parental
responsibility for, custody and primary physical residence of and
visitation with the minor child, past and future child support, a
restraining order against Petitioner, and attorney's fees and
costs for Respondent (all of which are hereinafter collectively
referred to as the "remaining issues"); that both parties and the
minor child are now residents of the State of California with the
Respondent and the minor child residing in San Diego County, .
California; that the State of California has essentially become
,
the minor child's homestate, as defined under Florida law; that '
the State of California has a closer connection with the child
