HomeMy WebLinkAbout0927 } ~ 1 and his famiZy, including both parties hereto; that substantial ti evidence concerning the child's present or tuture care, protection, training, and personal relationships is more readily available in the State of California; that the State of Florida is an inconvenient forum to litigate the remaining issues in this cause; that the State of Florida and this Court have no further interest in this litigation; that the State of California is thz more appropriate and convenient forum, and it is in the best interest of the child that the State of California be the forum for the disposition of the remaining issues in this cause; and that this Court should decline to further exercise its jurisdiction over the remaining issues and the parties hereto. Accordingly, it is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows: 1. PATERNITY: Petitioner, BAHRAM MOUZOON, is the father of RYAN GLF.NN MOUZOON, the child of Respondent, KATHLEEN GLENN, E n/k/a/ KATHLEEN ANSTETN. F 2. DISMISSAL OF REMAINING ISSUES: Respondent's Motion To r - ~ Dismiss Or To Transfer Jurisdiction be and the same is hereby ~ ~ granted, and with respect to the remaining issues in this cause, this cause be and is hereby dismissed with leave ta Petitioner to commence, promptly after the date of this Judgment And Order, a proceeding on the remaining issues in the appropriate rourt in ~ San Diego County, California; and, in the event Petitioner so commences such~a proceeding promptly after the date of this Judgment And Order, then, upon receipt of notice thereof, ~ Res ondent shall submit herself to the ~ p jurisdiction of said court in San Diego County, California; and, upon the request of either party hereto or said court in San Diego County, California, this Court shall transmit any information or documentation requested of it and in its possession to said court in San Diego County, California. 3, JURISDICTION: The Court hereby~declines to furthsr exercise its jurisdiction over this cause and the parties hereto.
