THIS CAUSE having come on before this Court on the
Stipulated Motion for Modification filed by the parties and the
Court being fully advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the Final Judgment entered
August 18, 1980 in the Court of Common Pleas of Montgomery County,

Pennsylvania, Case No. 80-4576 shall be modified as follows: ~

1. That the parties share the parental responsibility f

for themincr child MATTHEW RICCIO, borz~ February 4, 1973 with ~

his primary place of residence to be with the Husband who shall
have the day-to-day responsibility for his guidance and upbringing
with liberal and reasonable rights of visitation reserved to the Wi£e.
2. That there be no child support payable by either party ~

~ to the other.
3. That the Stipulated Motion entered into between the ;

parties is approved by this Court and the parties are ordered to
comply with the terms and conditions thereof.
4. That the Court hereby retains jurisdiction of the
subject matter and the parties for the entry of such further Orders
as may be proper.
