TEMPORARY ORDER
This cause having come on before this Court on June 8,
1987 on the Wife's Petition for Temporary Relief and upon the
stipulation of the parties, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUD~ED as follows:
1. The parties shall share the parental responsibility
for the minor children, CHARLES STUTLER, II, born June 13,
1979 and LAURA STUTLER, born January 1, 1983 and their primary
physical place of~residence shall temporarily be with the Wife
subject to the Husband's reasonable and liberal rights of
visitation.
2. The Husband shall pay to the Wife, as temporary
support for the minor children, the sum of FIFTY DOLLARS ($50,00)
per week per child commencing on Friday, June 12, 1987 and
~ continuing until further Order of this Court. The child

; the Wife and each party is ordered to keep accurate records

~ 3. The Wife shall have the temporary exclusive use

3. Each of the parties is hereby restrained from going
~ about, harming, harassing or molesting the other party and
~ all and sinqular the sheriffs, police officers, or other law
~ enforcement officers of the State of Florida is hereb ordered
