TEMPORARY ORDER _
This cause having come on before this Court on the 9th
day of June, 1987 on the Wife's Petition for Temporary Relief
and the Court having heard the testimony of the parties and being
otherwise fully advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED that the parties shall share the
parental responsibility for the minor child, J4SHUA LONSER, borr~
December 9, 1984 and that his primary place of residence shall
` temporarily be with the Wife subject to the Husband's liberal
i
rights of visitation.
' 1. That the Husband shall pay to the Wife, as support for the
;
; minor child, the sum of $80.00 each week commencing on Friday,
June 19th, 1987 and continuing until further order of this Court.

~ 2. The Husband sha11 be solely responsible for the payment

= of the outstanding obligations in his soZe name and the Wife shall

~ be responsible for the outstanding obligations incurred in her sole
name. . ~
