LUCIE COUNTY, ~ FLORIDA. ~ CASE NO. 87-520-FR-O1 ~ IN RE: THE MARRIAGE OF; j - ~ MELISA LYNN NAPIER, Petitioner/Wife, ? and ; DONALD NAPIER, JR., f Respondent/Husband. / ORDER FOR TEMPORARY RELIEF THIS CAUSE came before this Court on the Wife's Petition for Temporary Relief on June 13, 1987, and the Court having heard the testimony and being otherwise fully advised~in the premises, it is thereupon ORDERED AND ADJUDGED AS FOLLOWS: 1. The Court finds that the fitness of both of the parties ; is in doubt, but the Court further finds that the Wife is more ~ ~ likely to give access to the child to the Husband. The Court I ~ ~ grants the parties temporary shared parental responsibility of their minor child, SAVANNA NAPIER, with the primary physical residence~to be with the Wife subject to the following ~ visitation rights of the Husband. The Husband shall have visitation with the parties' minor child, SAVANNA NAPIER, ~ v r ot er weekend commencin June 19 1987. The visitation e e y h g , shall commence on Friday at 7:00 p.m. and terminate on Sunday at 5:00 p.m. Furthermore, commencing Sunday, June 28, 1987, the Husband sha11 have visitation every other Sunday commencing t ~ 9:00 a.m. and concluding at 5:00 p.m. and the Husband shall have ~ ~ visitation during one weekday of each week from 5:00 p.m. until 8:30 p.m. The Mother shall be present at the child's residence ~ BRENNAN d~ MUSCHOTT ~ `"'"'E'~ for each pick-up and delivery and the Husband shall be respon- ~15 DELANAIIE AYENVE ~ fOpT IIEIICE.
