The Husband shall have telephone privileges during the day
and evening until 7:30 p.m. with the minor child. The minor
child shall not be left with any person to babysit except for
the parties and their relatives; provided however, a licensed
day-care center may care for the child during daytime hours in
the event the Wife comcnences employment, but the child shall be
picked-up prior to the close of business from the day-care
center. The minor child shall not be left overnight with anyone
unless one of the parents is present.
~ 2. The Husband sha12 pay to the Wife as Temporary Support
~
i the sum of $50.00 per week commencing June 19, 1987 and continu-
` ing on Friday of each successive week until further Order of
this Court. These payments may be made directly to the Wife.

~ The Husband shall be responsible for obtaining a receipt or
~ shall pay by check in order to prove all payments made.
3. The parties and each of them are enjoined and restraine
from interfering with, harassing or annoying the other. All
~ law enforcement agencies of the State of Florida and its subdi-

; visions are hereby authorized to take either party who, in his
:

~ presence, violates this Restraining Order into custody and bring
~
~ said party before this Court as soon as practical. Furthermore,
~
~ the parties are enjoined and restrained from consuming any
illegal drugs or alcohol when the minor child is in the presence
. of either of the parties.
4. The Department of Health and Rehabilitative Services
~ I
or the appropriate subdivision thereof is hereby Ordered to '
conduct an immediate and thorough home study as to the fitness
of each o~ the parties for permanent physical residence. Said
home study shall be delivered to this Court immediately upon
completion with copies to the respective counsel for the parties.
Said report shall remain confidential until further order of
