THIS CAUSE having come before the Court on the Compla,int to Determine
Paternity of a child born to WILLIE BELL GORDON , natural" mother, end to ~
WILBERT CLYDE YOUNG , putative father; and the DBPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND ~
REHABILITATYYB SBRVICES having requested child support and reimbursement of past AFDC !
payments and the Court being fully aad well advised in the premises, it is '
ORDERED AND ADJ1lDGED that on the 25th day of August , 1983, this '
Court ordered WILBERT CLYDE YOUNG to pay child support for '
SOPHIA LAVERNE YUNNA YOUNG. d.o.b. 6/27/82 ~

ordered to continue to transmit support~ paqments received from the Defendant uatil
further order of this Court or receipt of Notice to Discontinue Peqments from the
Depaxtment of HeaZth and Rehabilitative Services, in which the support payment shall
thereafter be directed and payable to the aforesaid natural co~ther or person having
custody of the child(ren). It is further ~

the father of the above-aamed child(ren), the DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND REf~ABILITATIVE
