INCOME DEDUCTION bRDER EFFECTIVE UPON DELIN UENCY, ~
NOTI DIES
Concurrent with this Court's entry of an Order of
support and pursuant to Florida Statutes Section 61.1301 (1986
Supp.) it is
ORDERED AND ADJDUGED as follows:
1. Effective at such time when the Obligor has failed
to pay child support in an amount equal to one month`s
obligation, and upon receipt of a Notice of Delinquency, any
Payor (employer or income provider) of the Obligor, pursuant to
Paragraph 3 herein, shall deduct from all monies due and payable
to the Obligor, the sum of $ 250.00 every month and a
: like sum every therea ter, w ich sum represents the
, Obligor's regular current support obligation. Additionally, the
Payor sha1Z deduct the applicable Clerk's service charge o£
S7 00 for a total of S 257.00 .
` . If the Payor s served with a Notice of
3 Delinquency; Payor shall deduct an additional sum equal to

At suc t me as t e arrearage has been eliminated by such
payments, then the current payments shall return to the amount
set forth in Paragraph 1,

and other orders pertaining to child support and/or alimony

The total deduetion on any one occasion fncluding
~ administrative charges, may nat exceed the maxitaum allowable
under the Consumer Credit Protection Act~ 1S U.S.C. ~1673(b)~ as
applicable to the obligor (50X of disposible income where the
= obligor has a second family, bOX where there is no second family
and an additional SX of either limit i£ the arrearage is equal to
12 weeks or more in support payments) . Ttiis case does
does not qualify for the additional 5X. If the amount tio be
deducted would otherwise exceed these limita, you are to reduce
the amount forwarded to the depository accord~ngly.
