Effective at such time when the Obligor has failed to pay child support in an amount equal to one month`s obligation, and upon receipt of a Notice of Delinquency, any Payor (employer or income provider) of the Obligor, pursuant to Paragraph 3 herein, shall deduct from all monies due and payable to the Obligor, the sum of $ 250.00 every month and a : like sum every therea ter, w ich sum represents the , Obligor's regular current support obligation.
