Concurrent with ~his Court's entry of an Order of
support and pursuant to Flarida Statutes Section 61.1301 (I986 ~
Supp.) it is ;
ORDERED AND ADJUUGED as follows: ~
1, Effective at such time when the Obligor has failed ~
to pay child support in an amount equal to one month's ;
obligation, and upon receipt of a Notice of Delinquency, any j
Payor (employer or ineome provider) of the Obligor, pursuant to
Paragraph 3 herein, shall deduct from a11 monies due and payable
