TEMPORARY ORDER
This cause having come on before this Court on the 12th
day of June 1987 ori the Wife's Petition for Temporary Relief and
the Court having heard the testimony of the parties and being other-
wise fully advised in the premises, it is
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. The stipulation between the parties as to the follow-
ing issues is hereby approved by this Court and the parties are
ordered to comply with the terms thereof:
A. The parties will share the parental responsibility
~ for the minor children, JAMIE D. MARTIN, born October 30, 1977;
JASON A. MARTIN, born January 21, 1979; JOSHUA A.~ MARTIN, born
December 13, 1980; and JENNIFER L. MARTIN, born June 8, 1982. ~

~ The primary place of residence of the minor children shall be with ~

the Wife subject to the Husband's reasonable and liberal rights of ~

visitation. ~

B. The Wife shall have the exclusive use and possession
of the marital home located at 1717 Pence de Leon Prado, Fort Pierce,
Florida together with the furnishings and household applianc~s located
therein.
C. The Wife shall have the exclusive use and possession
of the 1984 Subaru automobile and the 1979 Chrysler LeBaron automobile.
C. Each of the parties are mutually restrained from going
about, harming, harassing or molesting the other party.
2. Based on the Husband's testimony that his net weekly
salary is $232.13, commencing~on Friday, June 19, 1987, the Husband
