GRANTING PLAINTIFF'S MOTION FOR GEAVE TO TAKE
VIDEO TAPE DEPOSITION AND TO SHORTEN TIME WITHIN WHICH
PLAINTIFF MAY SEEK DISCOVERY
THIS CAUSE came on to be heard before the Court upon ttie
Plaintiff's Motion for Leave to Take Video Tape Deposition and to
shorten time within which Plaintiff may seek discovery, and the
Court having examined the Motion and finding that on June 17,
1987, that the Plaintiff did obtain service of process upon the
~ Defendant, VALERIE CUGLENS, and~that on said date, the Defendant
was served with a copy of the Alias Summons, Complaint, Inter-

rogatories, Request for Admissions, Request to Produce and Notice
of Taking Video Tape Deposition and Motion for Leave to Take
Video Tape Deposition and shorten time in which Plaintiff can
seek Discovery and a Notice of hearing on said Motion, and the
Court havinq examined khe.original return of service provided to
the Court at the hearing by the Plaintiff's attorney, and the !
Court being otherwise fully advised in he premises, it is, there-
upon ~
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED, as follows: ,
1. That the Plaintiff's Motion for Leave to Take Video Tape
Deposition of Dr. Hooshang Hooshmand, M.D., and to shorten the
time in which Plaintiff can seeic discovery, be, and is hereby or-
dered granted and this Court further orders that pursuant to
