preparation and editing of the video tape deposition for trial,
it is further ordered that:
(a~ Within five (5) days after the taking of the
respective video tape deposition, or within five (5) days after

the receip~ of the transcript of the depositions, whichever oc- ~
curs later, the Plaintiff and Defendants shall designate page and
fi

line numbers of testimony sought to be utiZized at trial by the +
respective party; ,
(b) Within five (5) days after service of the tes-
timony designations set forth in 10(a), the Plaintiff and Defen-
dants shall serve objectivns to the testimony designated by the
other party.
(c) Thereafter, this Court will decide in an expedited
basis, which testimony shall be allowed and which objections
shall be sustained and denied.
