WHEREAS, HARBOR FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSOCIATION
(herefnafter referred to as "Moxtgagee"), is the owner ~snd holder
of certain Mortgages and Security Agreements (hereinafter referred
to as "Mortgaqes"), datad April 22, 1983, recorded in Official ~
Records Book 399, Page 1330, Public Reccrds of St. Lucfe County,
Florida; c~ated April ~0, 1984, recorded in Official Records Books
429, Page 2845, Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida; and
dated May 7, 1985, recorded in Official Records Book 463, Page
2653, Public Records og St. Lucie County, F~orida; and
WHEREAS, the above referenced Mortgages •,aeze executed by
Harbour Ridge, Ltd., a Florida Limited Partnership, as Mortgz~,~gor,
(he::.inafter referred to as "Mortgagor"); and
WHEREAS, Mortgagor has requested Mortgagee to release the
peremises hereinafter described, being a part of the mortgaged
premises, from the lien and operation of the Mortgages.
NOW, THEREFORE, Mortgagee, in consideration of the premises
~ and the sum of Ten Dollars ($Z0.00) paid by Mortqagor at the time

` of execution hereof, the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged,

; does remise, release, qui.tclaim, exonerate and discharge from the
~ ~
k lien and operation of the Mortgages, the land and improvements to ~

~ the extent that it is art of the
~ p property encumbered by the
Mortgages described as:

~ TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same with the a

~ 3rlortgagor freed, exonerated and discharqed of and from the lien of
the Mortgages, and every part thereof to the extent that i.t is a
part of the property encumbered by the Mortgages, provided, that
nothing herein contained shall in anywise impair, a2ter or
~ diminish the effect, lien or encumbrance of the Mortgaqes on the
remaining part of the propsrty encumbered by such Mortgages, not
: hereby released therefrom, or any of the rights and remedies af

the holder hereof.
