.EAS, subsequent to the adoption of the St. Lucie County Board of County Commissioners
for St. Lucie County, the Board desires to make the MSBU In-House Financing program
fficient by transferring the budget previously established in the General Fund (Fund 001004)
purpose into the MSBU In-house Financing Project Fund (Fund 370) and
EAS, Section 129.06 (d), Florida Statutes, requires the Board of County Commissioners to
)ublic hearing on the matter prior to approving the transfer by resolution.
tHEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Commissioners of St. Lucie
t, Florida, in meeting assembled this 11th day of December, 2001, pursuant to Section
(d), Florida Statutes, that such funds are hereby appropriated for the fiscal year 2001-2002,
