HomeMy WebLinkAbout0918 ~ (WCA)PBFNF-EXX . 7/7/87 EXHIBIT "X" To UCC-1 Financing Statement from ROBERT NELSON, a rN man, and PAUG FRISCHKORN, a Mp,QQ~ man, ('De ors ) to POPULAR HANK OF FLORIDA ("Secure~c Party ) Description of Colla~eral ~ The collateral consists of the Eollowing property, whether now or hereafter existing, created, or acquired, in connection with or located on or about the real property described in Exhi- bit "A" attached hereto (the "Land"): (lj Al1 buildings, structures and improvements of every nature whatsoever now or hereafter situated on the Land, and all fixtures, machinery, appliances, equipment, furniture, and per- sonal property of every nature whatsoever now or hereafter owned by Debtor and located in or ort, or attached to, or used or in- tended to be used in connection with or with the operation of, the Land, buildings, structures or other improvements, or in connection with any construction being conducted or which may be conducted thereon, and owned by Debtor, including all extensions. additions, improvements, betterments, renewals, substitutions. and replacements to any of the foregoing and all of .the right, title and interest of Debtor in and to any such personal property or fixtures together with the beneFit of any deposits or payments now or hereafter made on such personal property or fixtures by Debtor or on its behalf (the "Improvements"); (2) All rents, royalties? issues, profits, revenue, income and other benefits from the property~described in paragraph (1) ' hereof . ~ ~ (3) All right, title and interest of Debtor in and to any ~ and all leases, rents, royalties, issues, profits, revenues, income and other benefits now or hereafter derived from or af- ` fecting the Land or Improvements, together with all security therefor and all monies payable thereunder. (4) (i) A11 property and fixtures affixed to or located on the Lar.d or Improvements; (ii) all articles of personal property and all materials delivered to the Land or Improvement~ for use ~n any construction being conducted thereon, and owned by Debtor; and (iii) all contract rights, general i~tangibles, actions and rights in action, including without limitation thereto, all riqhts to"insurance proceeds.
