BEFORE ME, the undersigned authority duly authorized
to administer oaths and take acknowledgments, personall~ appeared
MARC LIPSITZ, who after first being duly cautioned and sworn,
deposes and says as follows: _
1. Affiant took title to the real property described
in Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made a part hereo~ ("Property"),
as Trustee, and convsyed the Property out, as Trustee, by virtue
of that certain Conveyance Deed To Trustee Under Land Trust Agree-
ment, recorded in Official Records Book 359 at page 1623 of the
Public Records of St. Lucie County, Florida.
2. Affiant avers that the Property was never his
homestead nor did it adjoin his homestead and, in fact, Affiant

FURTHER AFFIANT SAITH NOT.
