CONSENT
!
The undersigned, as Partners of CoDevCo NORTH BEACH
PROPERTIES, INC., a Florida partnership, Partner of THE SANDS
POINT, a Florida partnership, hereby consent to the sale of the
real property described in Exhibit "A" attached hereto, to
ROBERT NELSON, and authorize IVAN S. NOVICK, as Vice President
of D. DiMATTEO FLORIDA PROPERTIES, INC., a~Florida corporation,
Partner of THE SANDS POINT, to execute all documents required
to close the transaction.
