~ THIS CAUSE, having come on for final hearing on the
15th day of June, 1987, upon the pleadings filed herein, ann ~he
parties have stipulated to the terms of this Final Judgment, and
the Court and being fully and well advised in the premises and
the law, finds and determines:
I. That the par~ies have resided in St. Lucie County, .
F1~Lida, for more than six months next preceding the filing of
this action.
2. That the parties were married to each other on June
17, 1979, in Fort Yierce, Florida.
3. That the marriage is irretrievably broken and -
shouZd be dissolved. .
4. That_ there is one child born of this marriage,
to-wit: SHASHONDA BRIDENDOLPH, d.o.b. 9/3/76.
• 5. That the Wife is not seeking contribution for child
support from the Husband. It is thereupon -
ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as follows:
1. DISSOLUTION. The marriage between SUSAN
BRIDENDOLPH, Wife, ~nd JUSTIN BRIDENDOLPH, Husband, be and the
same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of tihem are
hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore
exisCing between them and from the obligations arising thexefrom.
2. PRIMARY PHYSICAL RESIDENCE. The primary physical
residence of the ehild of the parCies, SHASHONDA BRIDENDOLPH,
d.o.b. 9/3/76, shall be with the Wife. Parental responsibility
for the child shall be shared by the parties, who shall confer on
