amends the MORTGAGg of even date by and between
Mark A. Morqan , the MoRTCAGOR ,

and Michele M. Moraan , the t~lORTGAGOR ,
and NBD MORTGAG~ COMPANY the MOATGAGEE
as followst ~ ~
1. Subeection (a) of Paragraph 2 is deleted.
2. Subaection (c) (I) of Paragraph 2 is deleted.
3. In ths third eeatence of Parsgr~~h 3 tha worda "all ~
payments ~ads under the provisior~s of (a) of paragraph
2 hereof whieh the MQRTGAGEE has not become
' obligated to pay to the Secretary of Housing and Urban
Development and " are deleted.
. 4. The fourth sentetice~of Paragraph 3~s amendcd by ~ ~ ~
insertion of a p~riod after chen remaining unpaid
under said NOTB " and deletion of the remainder
of the sentence.
5. Paragraph 10 is amended by the addition of the fo2lowing:
" this aption may not be exercised when [he ine2igibility
~ for insurance under the Nationa2 Housing Act is due to the
' MORTGAGEE 's failure to rewit the Mortgage Insurance
~ premium to the Department of Housing and Urban Development. "
