the due date. Meker will be obllgated to pay such aciditionat amounts as may beoome payable by reasorr of the vonlinuing accrual of
iMerest at the rate designated above. My resufting charges accruing on acoou~t of failure to make timely payment on the due dates .

Bankruptcy Code, or any similar tederal or state statute by or against any Obligor; (d) an application tor the appointmeM ot a receiver
or the making ot a ge~eral assignment tor the benef+t ot creditors by, or the insolvenoy ot, any Obligor; (e) the entry ot a judgment
agai~st aroy Obtigar; (f) the issuing o! any writ oi ariachment or writ of gamishment. or the fiting ot any iien, aga+nst any property ai
any Obligor: (g) the taking of possession ot any subsiantiai part oi the property af any Obligor at the instance of any govemmental
auttwrity; (h) the dissolulion. merger, c~onsol'Watan ur reorganization o! any Obligor; or (i) the assignment by any Maker of any equity

NOTfCE TO COSIGNER: You are being asked to guarantee this debt. Think caretully betore you do. tf the
barrower doesnt pay the debt, you will have to. Be sure you can af(ord to pay it you have to and that you

You may have to pay up to the iull amount ot ihe debt N the borrower doss nof pay. You may also have to
pay late tees or collection costs, which increase this amount.
The Bank can co{tect this debt irom you without first trying to collect irom the borrower. The Bank can use the
same coNeciion methods against you that can be used against the borrower. such as suing you, garnishing
your wages, etc. if ihis debt ts ever in detault, thal tact may become a part of ~ credit record.
