PROPBRTY SB`TTLSH[ENT AGREEMENT
THIS AGREBMF.NT, made by and between JAY E. WHITMAN ~her~inafter
referred to as the "Husband"), and DBBRA C. WHITMAN (h reinafter re-

ferred to as the "Wife"), on this ~ dav of ,
1987, the rebpective parties, for valuable consideration given, do
hereby set forth their agreement to settle the respective issues and
differences between them arising out of their marriage. Therefore,
the parties agree as follows:
The parties were married to each other on October 4, 1980, in
Boynton Beach, Florida.
The parties separated on or abo:it September, 1986.
There were no children born of the marriage and none are con-
: templated.
~ Each party desires to live their own life, separate and apart

~ from the other as if each party were single and unmarried.

~ The parties acknowledge that there are certain properties and
debts between them, and that this Agreement is entered into to settle
the responsibilities for the debts and entitlement to assets.
~ ~ach party acknowledges that they have agreed upon the division

of personal property between them and, in or~der to effectuate proper
rransfer of the property, each party agrees to execute the necessary
documents in order to complete said transfer. -
Each party acknowledges that there is an automobile in their
respective possession. The parties agree that the automobile in
their possession shall be theirs. The other party shall sign the
necessary documents so that title will be fully transferred to the
other party. Because there is a debt owed on the Husband's vehicle,
the Husband shall assume responsibility for this debt and agrees to
hold the Wife harmle~s on the debt to Chrysler Credit Corporation.
Additionally, the parties own a boat for which the 4~ife is assuming
the responsibility for payment of this debt and agrees to hold the
Husbamd harntless.
REAL PROPERTY
The parties acknowledge that they are the owners, as Husband
and ~life, of ~errain improved real property located at 931 Southwest
DuBois Avenue, Port St. Lucie, St. Lucie County, Florida, that is legally .
