The parties acknowledge that, during Che term of their marriage,
they owned this praperty by the entireties. Upon the occ~sion af
a legal Judgment of Dissolution of Marriage, the parties agree that
the Husband shall have sole, exclusive use and possession of the
mari.tal home and the Wife shall, upon entry of the Final Judgment ~
of Dissolution ~f Marriage, execute a Quit Claim Deed conveying the
property to the Husband. The Husband agrees Co assume all respon-
sibility for the mortgage payments on the home, and any and alI other
expenses required to maintain said home, and shail hold the Wife
harmless on the debt.
INCOME TAX REFUND

The parties acknowledge an accum~~lation of numerous debts dur-

each debt that the party has agreed to assume, they herein agree to
~ hold the other party harmless on that debt and to reimburse the
other party for any expenses incurred in defending any suit arising
out of non-payment of the debt a party has not paid.
