Agreement concerning the settlement and disposition of property
rights between the parties as set forth herei~.
In the event either party to this Agreement defaults ih his or
tier obligation~ hereunder, the parCy in default shall be liable to
the non-defaulting party for all reasonable expenses incurred, in-
cluding attorneys' fees, in the enforcement of obligations created
by this Agreement.
Sxcept as otherwise provided in this Agreement, each party
releases the other from all claims, demands, debts, rights or causes
of action up to the date of this Agreement.
Tt is understood that this Agreement is made in contemplation
of dissolution of marriage, but it is also understood that it is not
intended to facilitate or p~omate the dissolution of marriage nor to
R produce directly or indirectly the procurement of dissolution of

~ marriage, but it is agreed that [his Agreement may be offered in

~ evidence by either of the parties in any dissolution of marriage
proceedings, and, if acceptable to the Court, it shall be incorpora-
ted by reference into any Final Judgment that may be rendered. How-
~ ever, notwithstanding in~orporation in the Final ,Iudgment, this

~ Agreement shall not be merged in it but shall survive the Final Judg-
~ ment and be bind:ng on the parties for all times.

~ Neither the Wife nor the Husband shall pledge or engage the
~ credit of the othet and neither shall incur or contract any debt or
~
~ obliga.tion upon ~hich either his or her estate coul@ be liable.

t REPR~SENTATIONS '
The parties represent to each other:
A. That each has had independent legal advise by counsel of
his or her own selection, or has been given the oppartunity for in-
dependent legal advise by counsel of his or her own selection in the
negotiation of the Agreement. Each party fully understands the facts
3nd has een fully informed as to his or her legal rights and obliga-
tions, and Fach is signing this Agreement freely and voluntarily,
intending ~o be bound by it forever.
B. Each has made full disclosure to the other of his or her
current financial condition.

C. Each understanas and agrees that this Agreement constitutes
