offers, requests, demands, understa 'ings or agreements between the
parties upon the subjects covered in this Agreement. There are no
representations or warranties other [ha~Z those Setforth in it.
D, Bach has been fully informed by his or her counsel, or had
the opportunity to consult with counsei of the laws of Florida with
respect to the power of the Courts, under certain conditions, to
modify the terms of this AGreemeRt, particularly with reference to
matters of alimony, and each agrees with the other that the Caurts
shall not be requested to retain jurisdiction over any matter of ali-
mony.
