THIS CAUSE having cane on to be heard before me for final
hearing, and the Court havinq examined the record and finding that the
cause is at issue, and the Court further having taken the testimony of
Petitioner and of a witness in her behalf, and it apQearing that the
Petitioner has been a resident of the State of Florida for more than six
mon~hs next to filing the Petition for Dissolntion of Marriage, and the
Court further finding t.ha~ the marriage of the parties has been
irretrievably broken and the Court being otherwise advised in the premises,
it is

~ 1. That the parties are hereby granted a full and c~omplete
~
dissolution of marriage, a vinculo matrimbnii, of and from one another and
that the bonds of matrimony existing between the Petitioner, SHEftRY SUE
ESTEP, and the Respondent, ROGER L]EE ESTF,P, and the same are hereby
dissolved, and that the parties and each of them is hereby freec~ from the
obligation thereof.
2. Tt~at the Separation and Property Settlement Agreement entered
into by and between the parties hereto is incorporated into and made a part
of this Final Juck~ment of Dissolution of Marriage for all purpeses.
3. Each of the parties is hereby enjained and restrained from
interfering with, harassing or annoying the other and that said mutual ~
restraining order ~hall be enforoeable by the Sheriffs of the State of ~
Florida.
