between Roger Estep, hereina~ter called "Husband", and She~ry Estep,
heretnafter celled "wife,"
WfTNES~ETH
MHEREAS, the parties are now Husband and Wife. having been
iawfully married to each other on Janua~y l, t964 at Newanartinsville, West
Virgi~ia and
NHEREAS~ in cunsequence of various cfisputes anti differences, the
parties are now separated and iiving apart; and
WHEREAS. both parties have given much thought and consideration
to a settiement of these differences and have determined that they are

NMEREAS, each of the parties hereto have made full disciosure to
, the other of a 1 1 of the assets and propertv of the other and i ncome. ar+d
~ desire to enter into the Agreement for the purpose of settiing the

_ disposit3on of their joint and separate property; and
NNEREAS there are•three children born of this marriage, only one

of which is a minor, the daughter Jil1 C. Estep, age seventeen, date of

~ birth June l0. 1969 and no other children are contempiated, and

~ MNEREAS, it is the desire and intention of the parties tF~at their
~ ~
~ relations, Hith respect to proper~ty and financiai matters. and child
~ custody. be finally fixed by this Agreement in order to settle and

~ determine, in ali respects and for all purposes, their respective present
~ a~d future rights, claims and demands in sur_h a manner that any action with
~
~ respect to the rig'~ts, and obligations past, present or future, of either
~
~ party r+ith respect to the other, be settied and determined by this
~ Agreement.
