purpose of binding either party to any poitcy or cause of action in any ~
legal proceeding instituted by any party against the other for dissolutian ~
of marriage, or otherwise, but rather to evidence an ordinary settiement
and dispositi~n of the property rights, interests and obligations of the
parties.
4. SEPARATION: The parties recognize that they cannot live
together in harmony and. therefore, agree that henceforth they shall live
separately and apart, free from any co~trol, restraint. each from the other
and that neither shatl direc:tly or i~directly harass, ~notest or otherwise
interfere With the independeRCe and privacy of the other party. so as in
~ all respects to live as if he and she were single and unmarried and neither
party Hill c~mpel, or endeavor to comQel, the other to cohabitate or dweli
with him or her
