7he Wife shall inform the Husband where she is taking the child
during the periods of frequent and cont3nuing contact, shali provide the
Hus~and wi~h a telephone number where the child can be reached, whenever
possible, and shall return the child to th~ residence of the Nusband
promptly and in good pi~ysicai and mental condition in accordance with the
parties' schedule.
The Wife's desire and request for frequent and continuing contact
~ith the child shall be presumed, and in the event that the Wife cannot,
for any reason, exercise her frequent and cor.tinuing contact wtth the
