CASE N0. 87-322-FR-O1 IN RF: THE MARRIAGE OF BRIAN FORD, Husband, and JULIA ANN FORD, Wife. / FIiVAL JUDGMENT FOR DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE This cause came on for trial this ,~day of August, 1987, and the Court having given full consideration to all of the evidence, finds and determines as follows: This Court has juris- diction of the parties and the subaect matter of this suit; that the relation o~ Husband and Wife now exists between the parties; that the marriage between the parties is irretrievably broken and , should be dissolved; and ,that each of the parties entered into the ; S~paration ~lgreement admitted into evidence herein, freely and ~ ; voluntarily, and that each had the advice of independent counsel of his ox her own choosing. It is thereupon ~ ORDERED AND ADJUDGED as foliows: ~ t 1. DISSOLUTION OF MARRIAGE. The marriage between BRIAN FORD~ F Husband, and JULIA ANN FORD, Wife, be, and the same is hereby dissolved, and the parties and each of them are hereby forever freed from the bonds of matrimony heretofore existing between them and from the , obligations arising therefrom. 2. PROPERTY. The Separation Agreement admitted into evidence is hereby incorporated herein by ~eference and the parties are ordered ~ to comgly with the provisions thereof. - 3. VESTING TITLE.
