~EPARATION AGREEMENT ~
This Agreement is made between BRIAN FORD, of Fort Pierce,
Florida, herein called Husband, and JULZA ANN FQRD, of Fort Pierce,
Florida, herein called Wife.
The parties stipulate and declare as follows:
A. They were married on September 20, 1986 in Fort Pierce,
Florida and have continued to be Husband and Wife.
B. There have be~n no children born as a result of this
` marriage and none are expected.

~ C. As a result•of unhappy differences, they have been
~ separated since June 21, 1987. '

D. The purpose of this Agreement is to make a complete
~ and final settlement between the parties as to all their property
~
~ rights.

~ E. Husband and Wife each fully understand the terms,
~
~ c~„~ditions, and provisions af this Agreement and believe its terms
~
~
~ to be fair, just, adequate and reasonable; and, after due considera-
~
~ tion, freely and fully accept the provisions, terms and conditions
~
~ af ttnis Agreement.

~ In considsration of the premises, and the mutual promises
~ and understandings herein contained, and of other good and valuable
~
; consideration, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the
' parties agree as follows:

' 1. The parties may and shall at all times hereafter live

~ separate and apart. They shall not molest or interfere with each
