the other to cohabit or dwelll with him or her, by any means
whatsoever.
2. The parties acknowledge that the Husband has paid to
~he Wife the sum of EIGHT HUNDRED DOLLARS ($$00.00) for the Wife's
interest in the 1976 MGB automobile and that prior to the signing
of this Agreement the Wife has signed the title and ~ransferred
any and all interest she might have in said automobile into the
sole name of the Husband.
3. The parties hereby acknowledge that they have previously
made a complete and fair division of all items of.personal property
, acquired by them during their marriage and each hereby releases
any interest they may have in any item of personal property
presently in the possession of the other.
~ 4. The Husband shall pay all debts incurred by him after
` the date of the separation of the parties and the Wife sha12 pay

~ al1 debts incurred by her after the date of this Separation and
~ the parties hereby agree that they have not, nor shall they in the

~ future, incur any debts for which the other party may become liable.

~ 5. Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, each

G partv releases the other from all claims or demands up to the date '
of the execution of. this agreement. Except ~s otherwise provided,

each party waives, releases and relinquishes all rights that he or
she may now have or may hereafter acquire as the other party's
spouse under the present or future laws of any jurisdiction.
6. The parties hereto represent to each other that each
has made a full disclosure to the other of his or her current
financial conditions.
7. If any portion-of this Agreement is stricken by any
Court, the remainder of this agreement shall remain i:~ effect.
8. This Agreement may be offered as evidence by either
party, in any actiun for Dissolution of Marriage a~d if acceptabla
to the Court, shail be incorporated by reference in any judqment
