that may be entered. However, notwithstanding incorporation
in the judgment, this Agreement shall be binding upon the parties
for all times.
9. Each of the parites•has read this Agreement, under-
stands it and has had independent advice of his or her selection

freely and voluntarily intending to be bound by it.
